This is going to get me in trouble, but I’m going to say it anyway. Really, Women’s History Month? We just get one? We’re half of the damn population. We deserve six, at least, although I’d happily settle for equal pay and paternity leave (in addition to maternity leave)…

The “omg the younger generation sucks!!!!!” thought is not exactly new…. And where, pray tell, was the study published? Oh, it wasn’t. It’s being presented at a conference not named in the article. Oh, and the lead author has written a whole book about how current twentysomethings are self-involved (was the author ever a twentysomething? $10 says it goes with the age range, not the generation). I wonder what a researcher unaffiliated with the study (like this one, for example) would say about the methods and findings–too bad the reporter didn’t find one. (via AL Daily) And finally, if we want to talk about narcissists, I think the conversation begins and ends with the baby boomers.
