Gabriel Urza is a public defender in Reno, Nevada and a recent graduate of the Ohio State University MFA program. “Last Indian Massacre” is from a series of stories set in Northern Nevada and California. He is currently working on a novel based on a political kidnapping in the Basque region of Spain.
