Peter Markus is the author of the novel Bob, or Man on Boat, as well as several other collections of short fiction, among them Good, Brother, We Make Mud, and The Fish and the Not Fish. A new book of poems, When Our Fathers Return to Us as Birds, will be published in the Fall of 2021 by Wayne State University Press.
