Craig Arnold, an Update

A many of you know, the poet Craig Arnold went missing several days ago on a small volcanic island in Japan. A legally mandated three-day search, which was scheduled to end today, has been extended for another three days. More news can be found at various sites, including Slate, NPR, the Poetry Foundation, and Facebook. (The last link requires a Facebook account.) There’s also a Find Craig Arnold blog. It’s been heartening to read the comment threads on these sites, especially threads in which people have practical ideas for extending and expanding the search. If you’re in a position to help, please do so. Here’s hoping for a happy ending to this tale.
