JJ Peña

JJ Peña is a queer, burrito-blooded writer, living and existing in El Paso, Texas. He has been nominated for best microfictions, best short fictions, and has work that will be included in Best Microfictions 2020. His work has appeared in, or is forthcoming, from Passages North, Hayden’s Ferry Review, Cherry Tree, Nimrod International Journal, Sonora Review, and elsewhere. He holds an MFA in creative writing from the University of Texas–El Paso and serves as a reader for Split Lip Magazine.
