Rahul Mehta is the author of the novel No Other World (Harper, 2017) and the short story collection Quarantine (HarperPerennial, 2011), which won the Asian American Literary Award for Fiction and the Lambda Literary Award for Gay Debut Fiction. His stories and essays have appeared in the Kenyon Review, the Massachusetts Review, the Sun, Epoch, the New York Times Magazine, and the International Herald Tribune. He teaches in the BFA creative writing program at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
