Rebecca Seiferle

Rebecca Seiferle’s poetry collection, Wild Tongue, won the 2008 Grub Street National Poetry Prize. Her prior collections won the Western States Book Award, a Pushcart Prize, the National Writer’s Union Prize, and the Poets & Writers Exchange Award. In 2004 she was awarded a Lannan Literary Fellowship for Poetry. She is also a noted translator. Copper Canyon Press published her translation of Vallejo’s The Black Heralds in 2003. From 2012-2016 she was Tucson Poet Laureate.
