Willa C. Richards is a graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, where she was a Truman Capote fellow. Her work has appeared in The Paris Review, and she is a recipient of the PEN/Robert J. Dau Short Story Prize for Emerging Writers. Richards is the author of the novel The Comfort of Monsters (HarperCollins, 2021).
