Samantha Simpson graduated from Kenyon College with a BA in English in 2003, and in 2006 she earned an MFA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her work has also appeared in REAL and Crazyhorse. She currently lives just outside of Boston, MA. Her middle name really is Novella.
