Tenaya Darlington is a novelist, poet, and food writer. By day she teaches writing at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia; by night she blogs about cheese as Madame Fromage and leads tastings around the city. Her most recent book, Di Bruno Bros. House of Cheese: A Guide to Wedges, Pairings, and Recipes (Running Press, 2013), offers 30 recipes and highlights 170 artisan cheeses with pairing ideas that include wine, beer, and even cocktails.
