A Horror Show

The Selling of the President 1968 by Joe McGinnis. Trident Press, $5.95.

There is something fascinating and terrifying about any technical expertise when it is ungoverned by any ethical, philosophical or even aesthetic principle. Some adept moron, some intricate monster was about to take over the whole world.
