From the Spring 1941 issue.
We welcome Decision, the monthly “review of free culture” that was launched with a good deal of ceremony in January from New York. Its editor, some of its editorial advisors, and many contributors are men of letters and artists who have lately left the old world to find freedom in the new. If we think also of the scientists and general scholars who belong to this migration, we must feel that altogether we have now the most brilliant single accession of personnel that has come to the American “culture” in all its history.
