Letter to César Vallejo

Xabier Usabiaga (b. 1996) is an award-winning Chilean poet, actor, and musician. His work has previously appeared in James Appleby’s English translation in Interpret. He was born in San Fernando and completed his master’s in creative writing at the University of Edinburgh.

James Appleby (b. 1993) is a poet, editor, and translator. His original poetry is published in The London Magazine in the UK and the Best American Poetry blog in the USA. His translations have been featured at individual events at the French Institute of Scotland and the Sofia Literature and Translation House.
