Sam J. Miller’s books have been called “must read”s and “best of the year” by USA Today, Entertainment Weekly, NPR, and O: The Oprah Magazine. Miller is the Nebula Award–winning author of Blackfish City (Ecco, 2018), which has been translated into six languages. His short stories have been nominated for World Fantasy and Locus awards, among others, and reprinted in dozens of anthologies. Miller is also the last in a long line of butchers.
